Job Summary
10 Points is looking to hire excellent compassionate paraprofessional to assist our teachers with classroom lessons activities organization and management as well as assisting special needs students for our school sites in Massachusetts for 2025-26 SY and 8 hour School Days. Interviews are currently being held. Please call OR e-mail for more Responsibilities: Assists teacher by helping with classroom instruction and working with children during instructional activities. Students with behavior needs either mental health challenges or Autism. May assist in planning and implementing field trips for reinforcing classroom objectives. Monitors childrens behavior inside and outside of the classroom. Escorts students to areas on campus. Prepares classroom for activities including organizing assignments and/or preparing homework folders. Tracking students progress and preparing reports for the parents. Assisting Teachers in counseling parents on the requirements and development of their -teaching lessons under the Teachers guidance leading small groups or individual instruction and discussions and reviewing class work. Education & Qualifications: 1 years of working experience as a Paraprofessional.
