Work Period: January 2026 through June 2026

Location & Schedule: This is a full-time 40-hour-per-week position with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Needham MA with the remaining days worked remotely. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

Compensation Range: Ranges from $25/hr - $34/hr. Specific compensation is set according to a standardized scale aligned with your educational level at the time of hire.

As a key member of our Talent Acceleration team youll play a hands-on role in shaping the learning and development experiences for SharkNinjas global workforce. From supporting onboarding and leadership development programs to curating engaging content and analyzing talent metrics youll gain exposure to the full talent lifecycle. Youll collaborate cross-functionally with HR internal communications and business leaders to help activate a high-performing people-centric culture. Here are some of the EXCITING things youll get to do:

  • Support the planning and execution of onboarding programs leadership development and talent acceleration initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to coordinate workshops events and learning experiences
  • Create engaging digital content toolkits and resources to support professional growth and team performance
  • Assist in the development and upkeep of program calendars participant communications and feedback surveys
  • Analyze data from feedback and participation reports to help improve program outcomes and employee experience
  • Research and recommend new approaches to learning development and internal talent mobility
  • Gain hands-on experience with learning and development platforms and help drive adoption across the business
  • Contribute to building a culture of continuous learning curiosity and high performance at SharkNinja

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

  • Education: Must be currently enrolled in a bachelors masters or doctoral program or have graduated within the past year
  • Must be able to work a full-time 40-hour-per-week schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Needham MA
  • Must have experience facilitating discussion groups or communicating in front of medium to large sized audiences
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect across functions and levels
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple tasks and timelines
  • Contribute a positive proactive mindset with a desire to improve the employee experience
  • Leverage creative thinking to help build engaging learner-focused content and resources
  • Collaborate well in team settings while also driving independent projects forward
  • Show curiosity and interest in talent development organizational behavior or HR strategy
  • Bring comfort navigating digital tools (PowerPoint Excel SharePoint; bonus for Canva or LMS platforms)
  • Take initiative seek feedback and adapt quickly in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Embrace confidentiality and professionalism when working with employee data or sensitive content
