About the Opportunity
Join our Maintenance team at Harvey Fresh as aMaintenance Coordinator where youll lead a team of approximately 15 tradesmen to ensure the smooth operation of our plant and equipment. This hands-on leadership role is pivotal in maintaining operational efficiency minimising downtime and driving continuous improvement across our UHT/ESL Fresh Milk and Juice lines. Youll be part of a collaborative environment working closely with internal departments and external partners to deliver reliable maintenance solutions.
Skills Required
- Certificate III in Mechanical or Electrical (Required) or relevant Bachelors Degree (Highly regarded)
- 34 years of experience in maintenance or engineering leadership ideally within Dairy or FMCG
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with SAP knowledge
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience with direct reports
- Excellent communication problem-solving and prioritisation abilities
