Job Summary

About the Opportunity

Join our Maintenance team at Harvey Fresh as aMaintenance Coordinator where youll lead a team of approximately 15 tradesmen to ensure the smooth operation of our plant and equipment. This hands-on leadership role is pivotal in maintaining operational efficiency minimising downtime and driving continuous improvement across our UHT/ESL Fresh Milk and Juice lines. Youll be part of a collaborative environment working closely with internal departments and external partners to deliver reliable maintenance solutions.

Skills Required

Certificate III in Mechanical or Electrical (Required) or relevant Bachelors Degree (Highly regarded)
34 years of experience in maintenance or engineering leadership ideally within Dairy or FMCG
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with SAP knowledge
Proven leadership and mentoring experience with direct reports
Excellent communication problem-solving and prioritisation abilities
