Job Summary
Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a $650 million bank in North Dakota in their search for a Commercial Lending Manager. This individual will be responsible for leading the commercial lending team driving loan growth and ensuring sound portfolio management. The role will oversee business development efforts manage and mentor lenders and provide guidance on structuring underwriting and closing commercial loans.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in business finance or a related field with strong preference for candidates who bring leadership experience in commercial banking. Proven success in business development credit analysis and portfolio management is essential along with the ability to build and strengthen relationships within the community.
