Were looking for a talented Heavy-Duty Transmission Technician - a driven self-motivated professional who delivers top-quality service and builds strong customer relationships.

What Youll Do:

• Diagnose and repair heavy-duty vehicle transmission issues including mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on transmissions ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Disassemble inspect and repair transmissions differential systems and associated components.
• Rebuild and reassemble transmissions to manufacturer specifications.
• Test repaired transmissions and perform necessary adjustments to meet operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Communicate with management and team members regarding repairs estimates and recommendations for additional services.
• Ensure a clean safe and organized work environment.
• Stay current on industry advancements and technologies.

What You Bring:

• Experience diagnosing repairing and maintaining transmissions in a shop fleet or road side assistance (minimum 3 years preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle systems including transmissions hydraulics and powertrains.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with both manual and automatic transmission systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical service manuals and schematics.
• Your own tools and a good driving record

Nice to Have:

• CDL (Commercial Drivers License)
• ASE Certifications
