Job Description: Trainee Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze sales data to identify trends patterns and opportunities for improvement.
Sales Analytics: Analyze sales metrics to measure performance identify areas for improvement and use statistical techniques and algorithms to predict future trends and prescribe actions based on past data focusing on deeper insights and strategic decision-making.
Reporting: Assist in the preparation of sales reports presentations and dashboards to provide insights to the sales team and management.
Market Research: Collaborate with Marketing team to analyze market research data to derive meaningful inference from industry trends customer needs and Updates from competition.
Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by preparing sales analysis report tracking sales performance and offer periodic metrics to Cluster Sales Heads.
Sales Force Tools: Utilize sales force automation tools (e.g. Salesforce) to manage customer relationships track sales activities and maintain accurate records.
Segmentation: Understand current market segment to identify target customer groups and tailor sales strategies develop segment wise data analysis and develop strategies.
Project Management: Participate in project management activities including planning execution and monitoring of sales-related projects.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with different Cluster sales teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Post Graduation/Graduation in Business Analytics.
Proficiency in Preparing presentation Microsoft Excel Tableau or similar data analysis tools.
Strong analytical thinking reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with salesforce automation tools (e.g. Salesforce).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Good understanding of sales analytics and market segmentation.
Project management skills are an added advantage.
