What Youll Do:
- Responsible for translating business needs to technology solutions and vice versa with current programs projects and initiatives in mind.
- Partner with the business leaders and technology team to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully
- Oversee the selection and implementation of software programs and hardware resources.
- Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion
- Evaluate test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software hardware and IT processes
- Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment
- Design and execute testing procedures to extract data from test runs
- Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behavior
- Consult with the business and the technology team on the newest technology and its implications in the industry

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
- API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
- Basic database and SQL concepts including creating/executing queries.
- Business Process Modeling.
- Microsoft Visio or other diagramming tool
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Software Development Computer Engineering or a related field required
- Must have 1-2 years of related experience
