Job Summary
Service Technician Towson Town Place (Towson MD)
WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Towson Town Place in Towson this role youll be responsible for handling maintenance requests performing preventative upkeep repairing appliances and ensuring apartments are ready for new residents. Were looking for someone who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team with strong customer service skills and hands-on maintenance experience.
Compensation & Schedule
$23/hour (based on experience)
Phone allowance provided
Full-time: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Rotating on-call schedule for evenings weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities
Perform HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance (EPA certification preferred)
Complete electrical plumbing carpentry and appliance repairs
Hang prep sand and repair drywall
Paint apartments and common areas as needed
Maintain property grounds ensuring safety and cleanliness
Assist with snow removal when necessary
Prepare units for move-in and conduct preventative maintenance
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of plumbing electrical carpentry and appliance repair
Ability to troubleshoot minor electrical issues and repair various fixtures/equipment
Comfortable working on ladders and lifting up to 85 lbs.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Availability to participate in on-call rotation for emergencies
Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required
35 years experience in residential or property maintenance preferred
HVAC or EPA certification required
