What are we looking for

To fulfill this role successfully you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum Years of Experience:Minimum of two years of customer service/hospitality related experience
  • Microsoft Office Experience is required

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Knowledge of the hotel property management systems ()
Hotel Sales experience

Sales Incentive

Hilton offers a best-in market SIP (Short-Term Incentive Plan) to our Sales Catering & Events teams to reward our employees for their contributions to our companys financial success. The Plan includes a quarterly component worth 20% of bonus eligible earnings. Hilton Cleveland Downtown is looking for our next Sales Manager to join the team following a recent promotion! This role will oversee corporate & association markets (up to 100 rooms on peak) a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to grow their career in hotel sales with the only Hilton corporate-managed hotel in Cleveland.


What will I be doing

A Sales Manager is responsible for securing groups and conventions by building and establishing relationships with customers. Hilton is looking for dynamic individuals who are well-rounded and business minded.

Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

This role requires strong sales communication and networking skills. The ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and then apply a disciplined approach to qualify negotiate and secure new revenue for the hotel.
