We are currently on a major digital journey and weve already adopted an agile way of working based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Were building a global team to revolutionize our digital product lifecycle management configuration and supply chain capabilities. About the job
The Scrum Masters primary responsibility is assisting self-organizing self-managing teams to achieve their goals. The Scrum Master also work with the extended Scrum Master community including Release Train Engineers to increase the effectiveness of SAFe across the the scrum master role you will be working with 2 teams of 5-10 people in each.
Responsibilities:
Facilitates the teams progress toward team goals
Facilitates events
Promotes SAFe quality practices
Supports SAFe adoption
Leads team efforts in relentless improvement
Exhibits Lean-Agile leadership
Supportsthe Product Owner
Facilitates the removal of impediments
Coordinates with other scrum masters and agile coaches.
Enables organizational effectiveness
Facilitates preparation and readiness for ART events

What you know
To thrive in this role you should have:
A relevant academic background and prior experience in a similar role IT delivery or software development.
Experience with an agile way of working.
Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps is a significant advantage.
