About the Graduate Program

Our Graduate Program is designed for students graduating in 2026 who are eager to transition into the professional world. It offers hands-on experience mentorship and a structured career development path.

As a participant you will be involved in real-world projects from the start working closely with experienced colleagues in an agile and innovative setting. This program provides exposure to different aspects of software development while offering long-term career growth opportunities within Verisure.

About the Role

The Build Chain & Tools team is part of Verisures Product Applications and Platform organization supporting our development teams with state-of-the-art tools CI/CD pipelines and efficient development processes.

We are now looking for a Tech Graduate AI Explorer with a passion for technology and innovation.
This role is dynamic and offers great freedom to explore how AI can be leveraged to improve operations in both software development and CI/CD. You will play a key role in identifying testing and demonstrating AI solutions that streamline processes and create value for our development teams.

You will report to the Build Chain & Developer Experience Manager and work in a collaborative forward-thinking environment where curiosity and initiative are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate new AI technologies and tools for development and DevOps environments.
• Develop prototypes and demos to showcase how AI can be integrated into workflows.
• Support development teams with AI-related initiatives and provide practical guidance.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI in Continuous Integration (CI) and automation.
• Document and present insights proof-of-concepts and recommendations.
• Collaborate with other teams to drive innovation and knowledge sharing.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for graduates who are eager to learn take on complex challenges and grow their skills in a structured and innovative environment. You should:
Have an academic degree in computer science software development or a related field graduating in 2026.
Have programming skills (e.g. Python Java or similar).
Understand DevOps principles and CI/CD processes.
Have a strong interest in AI/ML technologies and a desire to explore new tools.
Be proactive curious and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ideas into action.

Nice-to-Have

Experience building simple ML models or using AI APIs.
Knowledge of container technologies (Docker Kubernetes).
Familiarity with GitHub and its AI-related features.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure AWS or GCP.
