Description

The Order Administrator plays a vital role in supporting Emersons operations by accurately handling and entering customer orders in ERP systems ensuring timely delivery and maintaining clear communication with Sales Offices. This role requires strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Ensure the on-time and complete entry of multi-BU orders in the ERP system
  • Check trade compliance issues for each order
  • Generate order acknowledgements
  • Expedite factories and ensure items are delivered on time and complete
  • Maintain close contact with internal customers/Sales Office to inform them of any delays or issues
  • Provide correct and timely answers to all queries regarding ongoing orders
  • Deliver constant status updates to European Sales Offices
  • Conduct data management activities using ERP systems
  • Maintain accurate and updated business systems (CRM JDE OCM etc.)
  • Follow up on orders to ensure production and shipment are on time
  • Manage the common mailbox and ensure all emails are actioned in a timely manner

Who You Are:

You are diligent meticulous and customer-focused. You communicate clearly manage tasks efficiently and ensure processes are completed accurately and on time. You thrive in an administrative support role working with colleagues and keeping collaborators well-informed.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • University degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Previous experience in customer service (mandatory)
  • Fluency in English
  • PC skills: MS Office Internet

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. JDE) and CRM tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
  • Additional language skills are an advantage
