Job Description
Job Title: Digital Performance and Optimisation Specialist
Locations: At IOSH we embrace hybrid working because we believe its the key to achieving work-life balance strategic success and fostering our collaborative culture. Youll be required to work from our head office in Wigston Leicester a minimum of 2 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday). The remainder of your working hours will be undertaken from home.
Starting salary: 37000 - 40000 per annum
Hours per week: 35

About the role
Were looking for a Digital Performance and Optimisation Specialist to make our digital content and services more discoverable measurable and effective.
Youll lead on search optimisation and performance reporting turning data into clear actionable insights that improve engagement across IOSHs digital channels. From building dashboards to presenting trends and recommendations to senior leaders your work will directly influence how we optimise our digital estate.
This role is a fantastic chance to drive data-informed decision-making and make a visible impact on how we reach and serve our audiences.
What youll bring
Youll combine strong analytical skills with a deep knowledge of optimisation best practices. Comfortable with analytics and dashboarding tools youll also have the confidence to explain insights in plain language helping teams across IOSH improve content campaigns and user journeys.
Essential criteria
Strong understanding of website optimisation best practices tools and trends.
Proven experience in a digital content or marketing role with responsibility for search optimisation and performance measurement.
Skilled in analysing and interpreting data and making clear strategic recommendations.
Experience designing and maintaining dashboards using tools like Power BI Looker Studio or Excel.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights to non-specialists.
Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (e.g. UX research marketing).
