Job Description
Job Summary (List Format):
- Local candidates in North Carolina required (final F2F interview mandatory)
- Hybrid work environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver infrastructure initiatives (hosting platform transitions network modernization resiliency EUC upgrades cybersecurity compliance)
- Define project scope goals and deliverables with stakeholders
- Develop and manage detailed project plans budgets change management plans and resource allocations
- Drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate communication across business and technical teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks manage dependencies and resolve issues proactively
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture security standards and regulatory requirements
- Prepare executive-level reporting dashboards and updates for steering committees
- Support change management training and adoption strategies
- Demonstrate versatility by adapting to multiple roles as needed
- Manage global teams and collaborate across cultures
Qualifications:
- 7 years of project management and/or change management experience in Financial Services IT infrastructure or cybersecurity
- Proven success delivering complex projects in large multi-national enterprises
- Basic understanding of networking hosting IT service management EUC cybersecurity frameworks and data operations
- Familiarity with Agile Waterfall and hybrid delivery models
- Strong communication leadership change management and stakeholder management skills
- PMP CCMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries
Preferred Experience:
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet MS Project ServiceNow Azure DevOps and Microsoft 365 suite
- Experience managing global teams and cross-cultural collaboration
