Job Description
Role :: Senior AI Developer Microsoft Copilot Studio
Location: Malvern PA (Hybrid- 3 days a week onsite & must be willing to relocate and be onsite on day 1)
Duration :: Contract
About the Role
- We are looking for a Senior AI Developer with expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio to lead the development of intelligent conversational AI solutions.
- This role will focus on building and optimizing copilots that integrate with enterprise systems to drive automation and enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Integrate copilots with enterprise systems (e.g. Dynamics 365 SharePoint Teams custom APIs).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define use cases and automation opportunities.
- Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and dialog flows.
- Monitor and optimize performance accuracy and user satisfaction.
- Stay current with Microsofts AI roadmap and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with governance security and responsible AI standards.
Qualifications
8 years of industry experience
- Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
- Strong understanding of Power Platform Azure AI Services and Dataverse.
- Experience with prompt engineering LLM orchestration and adaptive cards.
- Familiarity with Conversational AI NLU and responsible AI principles.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Microsoft certifications (PL-200 AI-102) are a plus
