Job Description
Role: Travel Phlebotomist
Location: Claremore OK 74017.
Shift: 5X8 Days(9am - 5:30pm M-F)
Duration: 13 Week Assignment
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Start Date: 10/01/2025
Pay Breakdown:
* Hourly rate - $37.50$10.00taxable $27.50 non-taxable
*Weekly Gross - $1500.00$400.00 taxable $1100.00 stipend
*OT Rate -$48.75
* Lodging - $770.00
* M&IE - $330.00
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- ASCP AMT or equivalent certification required
- AHA BLS certification required
- Cerner experience required
- Blood Bank experience required
- Experience in collecting newborn screening specimens
- Scrubs: Hunter Green preferred (No maroon or blue)
