Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Breakdown & Downtime Reduction:
- Play a key role in minimizing machine breakdowns and process downtime through effective maintenance strategies.
- Implement quarterly reviews and improvement plans to enhance equipment reliability.
Maintenance Planning:
- Plan and execute Preventive & Predictive Maintenance for all plant machinery.
- Monitor machines using Daily Check Sheets and Monthly Maintenance Schedules.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain monthly maintenance reports as per company procedures.
- Register breakdowns and follow up as per defined protocols.
Spare Parts Management:
- Maintain inventory of critical spares and coordinate with stakeholders for timely procurement.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive improvement initiatives (Kaizen) to optimize machine performance and reduce operational costs.

System & Compliance Requirements:

Maintain audit documentation in compliance with:
- IATF-16949:2016
- EOHS ISO14001 & ISO45001
Basic working knowledge of SAP PM Module.
