Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Breakdown & Downtime Reduction:
- Play a key role in minimizing machine breakdowns and process downtime through effective maintenance strategies.
- Implement quarterly reviews and improvement plans to enhance equipment reliability.
- Maintenance Planning:
- Plan and execute Preventive & Predictive Maintenance for all plant machinery.
- Monitor machines using Daily Check Sheets and Monthly Maintenance Schedules.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain monthly maintenance reports as per company procedures.
- Register breakdowns and follow up as per defined protocols.
- Spare Parts Management:
- Maintain inventory of critical spares and coordinate with stakeholders for timely procurement.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Drive improvement initiatives (Kaizen) to optimize machine performance and reduce operational costs.

- Injection Molding Machines (250T)
- Compression Molding Machines
- Robotic Assembly Presses
- Kneaders (Mixing Mills)
- Mixing Roll Mills
- Conveyors (Belt & Metal)
- Phosphating Machines
- Shot Blasting Machines
- Dust Collectors & Blowers
- Chillers
- DG Sets
- Screw Compressors
- Boilers ETP & RO Plants
System & Compliance Requirements:
- Maintain audit documentation in compliance with:
- IATF-16949:2016
- EOHS ISO14001 & ISO45001
- Basic working knowledge of SAP PM Module.
