Key Purpose
To ensure quality service delivery to all stakeholders while adhering to Discoverys SLA.

Education and Experience
Matric or equivalent qualification
A tertiary qualification (preferably a degree or diploma) or in the process of completing a tertiary qualification.
Minimum of 1 years worth of call centre experience with a strong focus on sales on retentions
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in English
MS Office skills
FAIS accreditation highly advantageous
