Success in this role will be measured by your ability to achieve the following key outcomes within your first year:
- Enhance the Core CRM Platform: Within the first 12 months successfully develop test and deploy at least three major new features or components for the core CRM platform directly contributing to enhanced functionality and efficiency for the firms national network of financial advisers.
- Evolve Client-Facing Applications: In collaboration with the mobile team and external partners contribute significantly to the development and release of two major updates to the client-facing applications (iOS & Android) focusing on improving user experience and data integration.
- Improve System Architecture: After an initial 90-day ramp-up period proactively identify architect and implement at least one significant code refactoring or architectural improvement that enhances system performance maintainability or scalability.
- Master Agile Delivery: Become a fully integrated member of the Agile/Scrum team by consistently delivering all assigned development tasks within agreed-upon sprint timelines and collaborating effectively with Business Analysts and Testers to ensure high-quality bug-free releases.
