Our client a leading property company is seeking a dynamic Financial Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional who is ready to take ownership of the finance function in a growing fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
- BCom Honours in Accounting/Finance (essential)
- Completed Articles (SAICA/SAIPA)
- CA(SA) designation (essential)
- 35 years post-article experience preferably within property real estate or related industries
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and IFRS expertise
- Proven experience in financial reporting budgeting forecasting and compliance
- Full financial management of the property portfolios
- Preparation and review of monthly management reports and annual financial statements
- Cash flow management and forecasting
- Oversee budgets variance analysis and cost control
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
- Partner with senior management on strategic initiatives
- Lead mentor and develop the finance team
