Key Responsibilities
- Promptly follow up on all sales opportunities.
- Manage leads prospects and customer accounts in alignment with the companys business goals.
- Provide sales support to existing channel partners.
- Contribute to sales targets by identifying customer needs and delivering effective professional solutions.
- Build new business relationships within the target industry while reinforcing current client partnerships.
- Professionally represent and promote company products at trade shows conferences and seminars.
- Develop and maintain industry connections that can lead to new sales opportunities.
- Track and report on sales activities potential opportunities client feedback and other required performance metrics.
- Actively participate in sales meetings providing insights and suggestions to enhance product offerings.
- Address technical and commercial questions during the pre-sales process.
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to the customers needs.
- Gather and analyze market trends industry intelligence and competitor data to support business strategy and product development.
- Stay informed about relevant industry trends and technical innovations affecting target markets.
- Conduct regular product training sessions for partners and end users to support sales initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with customers and distributors in Southern Vietnam and ensure timely follow-up on orders.
Key Requirements
- Must hold a recognized degree in Science Physics Materials Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- 23 years of experience in technical sales; prior experience with analytical instruments (e.g. particle size analyzers XRF laboratory equipment) is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with government projects or work in private/FDI laboratories is beneficial.
- Strong command of English both written and verbal is essential.
- Self-driven with a positive mindset committed to delivering quality customer service and capable of staying composed under pressure.
- Effective planning time management communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for collaboration across stakeholders.
- High proficiency in computer tools especially Microsoft Office and Outlook is required.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Northern Vietnam and occasionally nationwide or abroad even on short notice.
