We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate - Talent Enablement to support our HR operations and enhance employee-related this role you will manage key operational functions and assist with various employee tasks to ensure a seamless experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Collaborating closely with the HR team and other departments you will facilitate effective talent management and enablement strategies that align with our organizational goals. Your contributions will be vital in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employee engagement and development initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the daily operations of the Talent Enablement function ensuring efficient processes and adherence to best practices.
Perform basic data entry and retrieval tasks with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Work under supervision to learn how to organize and interpret larger datasets gradually building data management skills.
Act as a liaison between employees and HR addressing inquiries and concerns regarding policies procedures and benefits.
Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to provide insights into various processes effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Support initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to improve HR operations.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent enablement and HR technology.
Maintain accurate employee records and assist in data entry for HR systems.
Facilitate communication between HR and other teams to foster a collaborative work environment.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the organization.
Facilitate offboarding procedures; the management of employee records.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
0-1 year of experience in HR operations or related roles.
MS Office skills.
Verbal and Written communication skills with the ability to engage and support employees effectively.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with supervision; eager to learn effective time management techniques.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
