Job Description:
Support Bristow Group external international and regulatory reporting requirements ensuring we meet the local regulator filing and aviation deadlines. Additionally assist with internal financial reporting and other ad hoc deliverables.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare local statutory Annual Reports for entities located in various international jurisdictions
- Prepare local statutory ledgers for any GAAP-to-statutory adjustments and in accordance with local GAAP rules (FRS102 IFRS etc) required as part of the preparation of local statutory accounts
- Assist with preparing local accounting journal entries pertaining to secondary ledgers; load and maintain Statutory instances in SAP OneStream and Workiva systems.
- Assist with running the audit annual timetable ensuring all regions and entities comply with the agreed upon dates at the start of the year
- Respond to Auditor inquires and ensure the timely submission of client prepared materials (PBMs/PBCs)
- Review adjust and maintain intercompany and lease accounting for local statutory accounts conformity
- Review company accounting policies for changes similarities and differences to USGAAP to local stat accounting rules
- Assist with certain monthly internal reporting tasks related to balance sheet and working capital analysis and support Group reporting team during busier periods.
- Support Bristow organisation with regular and ad hoc reporting/analysis
- Assist with Special Projects and all other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager as needed.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: (minimum education requirements key skills and experience)
Qualifications:
- ICAS / ACCA Qualified preferred
Experience:
- Relevant PQE
- SAP Experience preferred.
- OneStream experience preferred.
- Workiva experience preferred.
- USGAAP and IFRS knowledge required.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Microsoft Word Powerpoint and Access skills
