The ideal candidate will have a passion for the events industry excellent communication skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales for event-related services and event software identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Event Sales Execution: Attend trade shows industry events and networking opportunities to promote our solutions and close deals.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify and qualify leads through prospecting outreach and follow-ups to build a robust sales pipeline.
Negotiation & Contract Management: Prepare and negotiate contracts proposals and pricing structures to secure new business.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing product development and customer support) to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and client engagement leveraging CRM tools to track interactions and opportunities.
