Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. Our company adheres to ISO9001 and AS9100 standards ensuring high-quality manufacturing processes in a regulated environment. As a Manufacturing Process Engineer you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency quality and compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards. Your extensive experience on the manufacturing floor will be instrumental in implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Day to Day
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to meet quality and productivity goals.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards throughout all phases of production.
- Conduct process validations and qualifications as required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to production teams.
- Participate in new product introduction (NPI) projects and provide input on manufacturability.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and eliminate waste.
Skills
- Bachelors degree or higher in engineering business or equivalent area required.
- 5 years of relevant experience in a manual manufacturing environment or serial production environment is required.
- Able to define process and ensure proper deployment of manufacturing processes.
- Able to interact with Engineering team logistic team Program and Production teams.
