The Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA Properties provides strategic and operational recruitment support across our EMEA properties. This includes planning and intake proactive sourcing talent brand and attraction diversity and inclusion interview and evaluation candidate management and experience offer negotiation and contracts and talent insights and reporting. The role partners with Hiring Managers HR and Finance across the region to ensure an inclusive and efficient hiring experience. The Manager also leads and supports various projects aligned with the regional Talent Acquisition roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers across EMEA Properties recruiting leadership positions
- Lead intake conversations to define hiring needs sourcing strategy interview process and timelines
- Advise on and execute talent attraction strategies to enhance Marriotts employer brand
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and networking events
- Utilize EMEA recruitment tools and systems to build targeted talent pools
- Screen candidates effectively using competency and culture alignment criteria
- Guide Hiring Managers on offer recommendations and secure approvals with HR and Finance
- Extend contracts and manage candidate onboarding documentation
- Train Hiring Managers on inclusive hiring practices including unconscious bias
- Research and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent
- Support programs focused on talent attraction measurement and retention
- Leverage Talent Acquisition dashboards to guide hiring strategy and performance reporting
- Ensure strong data integrity and process adherence across core TA systems
Candidate Profile
Experience
- Hospitality experience preferred but not essential
- Proven experience recruiting across EMEA
- Previous experience managing projects and/or leading process improvement efforts
