We work closely with local mentors and community leaders to foster reintegration and long-term wellbeing. Through structured guidance cultural engagement and access to essential services participants are supported in pursuing education employment and personal growth opportunities.

In this full-time permanent role youll support a multidisciplinary team to provide interventions to young people aged 10-17 who are transitioning from detention back to their communities. Based in Mount Isa youll be part of our Staying on Track team and report to the Team Leader.
