POSITION SUMMARY: The Site Director will be responsible for the overall management and supervision of a school site. Each site contains between 15 and 90 children between the ages of 5 and 12 years old. The children to staff ratio is maintained at 15:1. Hours of work: 2:30pm 6:00pm. Days: August 5 2025 - May 20 2026
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Plan supervise and implement the Goodtimes Program in accordance with the goals and policies established by the YMCA. Evaluate and supervise assigned staff and volunteers address performance concerns as they arise. Communicate effectively with parents. Coordinate closely with school personnel about arrivals departures and absences of Goodtimes children. Document accurately the attendance and emergency information on each child. Establish administer and conform with all applicable emergency procedures adopted by the school YMCA and Emergency Service Authorities. Maintain up-to-date records on all children enrolled. Coordinate the daily schedule with that of the schools calendar. Maintain an ordered arrangement appearance and dcor to encourage creativity and learning. Plan and coordinate activities to accommodate the Goodtimes childrens needs and interests. Attend all staff meetings and training programs and pick up supplies by determined date.
Certifications and Trainings - Current CPR; First Aid; AED or within 30 days
