Job Description
Are you a natural connector who thrives on helping others and making an impact At Jaybird Senior Living were looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our community team and lead the charge in welcoming new residents with compassion professionalism and energy.
What Youll Do:
- Be the driving force behind new move-ins turning inquiries into tours and tours into residents.
- Build strong trust-based relationships with families prospects and referral sources.
- Follow up with urgencyresponding to inquiries within 30 minutes via phone text and email.
- Track all outreach and interactions in our CRM system to ensure no detail is missed.
- Maintain a clean inviting tour-ready community atmosphere daily.
- Partner with your team on marketing events community outreach and business development.
What You Bring:
- 24 years of experience in senior living housing or hospitality sales
- A passion for serving older adults and helping families make life-changing decisions
- Strong communication organization and follow-up skills
- Confidence in using CRM tools and closing the sale
