Eleventh Hour Games is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help drive the continued success of Last Epoch and future titles. As Marketing Manager youll be responsible for overseeing the marketing team guiding day-to-day operations executing paid media strategy and collaborating across departments to ensure our seasonal releases and campaigns reach the right audience at the right time with the right message.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Marketing Team including direct mentorship of individual contributors (ICs)
- Oversee marketing task planning and progress usingClickUp
- Manage social media and paid ad campaigns from planning through execution and post-launch reporting
- Collaborate with the Publishing Lead on go-to-market (GTM) strategies and execute aligned marketing initiatives
- Act as a cross-functional bridge between marketing community design and other teams during seasonal product launches
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven experience leading marketing teams (minimum 3 years)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns across major platforms (Meta Google TikTok etc.)
- Strong familiarity withGoogle services(Gmail GCal Google Docs)
- Experience withSlackfor team communication and collaboration
- High organizational skills and comfort with project management tools (ClickUp preferred)
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced remote-first environment
