Job Description
Position Description:
As a SAP TM Consultant specializing in S/4HANA you will support transportation management processes by designing configuring and implementing SAP TM solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective integrated SAP solutions that enhance logistics operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and configure SAP TM solutions within S/4HANA environments
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP TM designs
- Lead workshops and prepare functional specifications in collaboration with technical teams
- Configure freight order management planning execution charge calculation and settlement
- Integrate SAP TM with S/4HANA modules such as SD MM EWM and FI/CO
- Support logistics execution and carrier collaboration via SAP LBN
- Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement initiatives
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP TM including SAP LBN
- Deep expertise in SAP TM embedded in S/4HANA
- Strong functional knowledge of TM order management freight planning tendering costing and settlement
- Proven experience integrating SAP TM with SD MM EWM FI/CO and third-party logistics systems
- Participation in at least two full-cycle SAP TM implementations (preferably on S/4HANA)
- Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- SAP TM certification nice to have
