As the Room Leader you will support a team of educators that are passionate about nurturing the confidence strengths and interests of the children in our high-quality Reggio Emilia inspired early learning program.
You will implement programs that reflect cultural backgrounds and the emerging skills and interests of children and create a play-based learning environment responsive to childrens strengths and abilities. You will implement daily routines maintain records of development and continuously reflect and improve childrens learning.
In addition to base hourly rate and superannuation youll also receive17.5% leave loadingand the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15900 in salary packaging benefits that can be used on rent mortgage repayments or living expenses such as groceries bills clothing streaming services and much more.

Holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent) you have a sound knowledge of early learning quality and educational frameworks.
