THE JOB:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of facility operations and maintenance to ensure the venue operates efficiently and delivers an excellent experience for every event. This includes providing strategic direction and hands-on oversight of front-of-house and back-of-house functions managing preventive maintenance programs overseeing third-party vendor and contractor relationships working with municipal and regulatory partners developing and executing staffing plans and ensuring smooth set-up and tear-down for events. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining high standards of safety service and operational performance while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

The expected compensation for this position is:
$64000.00 USD - $80000.00 USD** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location qualifications skills and experience.
