Ejecutar la recepcin tcnica de proyectos de automatizacin en supermercados verificando de forma remota la conexin del sitio y el cumplimiento del alcance que incluye entre otros medicin de energa control de HVAC refrigeracin iluminacin y dems sistemas integrados. Gestionar mltiples proyectos en paralelo documentar incidencias dar seguimiento a garantas y coordinar la resolucin de faltantes para el cierre total de la instalacin asegurando calidad y plazos establecidos
Basic Purpose and Function:
Recepcin tcnica de proyectos
- Verificar de forma remota la conexin y operacin de los sistemas instalados en el sitio.
- Confirmar el cumplimiento del alcance incluyendo pero no limitado a medicin de energa HVAC refrigeracin iluminacin y otros sistemas automatizados.
Gestin y seguimiento de proyectos
- Administrar mltiples proyectos en paralelo asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y calidad.
- Coordinar con las reas involucradas para resolver desviaciones y riesgos detectados.
Documentacin y control de incidencias
- Registrar incidencias tcnicas y coordinar acciones correctivas.
- Mantener un historial actualizado de cada proyecto.
Seguimiento de garantas y faltantes
- Monitorear periodos de garanta coordinar reclamaciones y verificar soluciones.
- Dar seguimiento a faltantes y pendientes hasta el cierre completo de la instalacin.
Comunicacin tcnica
- Mantener contacto constante con equipos internos contratistas y clientes para reportar avances incidencias y cierres.
Job Requirements:
- Ingeniera en reas afines (Electrnica Mecatrnica Elctrica Industrial o similar)..
- Formacin en liderazgo gestin de equipos o ITIL (deseable) es un plus
- Mnimo 2 aos en gestin o soporte de proyectos tcnicos.
- Experiencia con sistemas de control paramtricos BMS y plataformas de monitoreo.
- Ingls intermedio a avanzado (lectura escritura y comunicacin tcnica).
- Dominio en diagnstico monitoreo y optimizacin de sistemas de control.
- Excel avanzado Power BI Word y PowerPoint para anlisis y reportes.
- Programacin bsica de controladores paramtricos.
- Gestin de proyectos y control de avances.
- Documentacin tcnica y control de incidencias
Job Requirements:
- Horario rolado incluyendo turnos matutinos vespertinos y fines de semana de acuerdo con la cobertura operativa requerida.
- Modalidad: Presencial con disponibilidad para guardias o atencin remota ocasional fuera de turno.
Onsite Work Arrangement:
This role is based fully onsite and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities.
