High-End Bespoke Joiner (Nationwide travel)
Employer: ISS Recruitment (on behalf of a leading Edenderry-based joinery manufacturer)
Salary: 50000 base extensive paid overtime (realistic 10000/yr)
Location: Edenderry Co. Offaly (factory & yard) site installs across Ireland
Type: Full-time permanent

Youll join an established well-resourced manufacturer of bespoke contract furniture and high-end interiors known for precision craftsmanship and on-time delivery for blue-chip projects across Ireland and the UK. The workshop is modern the team is skilled and welcoming and youll be trusted with premium materials tools and finishes on prestige fit-outs.
What youll do
Manufacture and install high-end bespoke joinery (kitchens wardrobes wall panelling reception counters feature joinery etc.) to exacting tolerances.
Read and interpret detailed drawings/CAD set out on site and solve problems quickly and cleanly.
Carry out high-quality site fitting nationwide: second-fix scribing templating alignment and finishing to premium standards.
Collaborate with production managers site managers and designers to hit programme dates while protecting quality.
Follow best practice for H&S site etiquette and care of tools/vehicles.
Mentor apprentices/junior fitters where needed.
What youll bring
5 years experience in premium/bespoke joinery (manufacture and on-site fitting).
Mastery of hand tools and modern woodworking machinery; strong finishing skills.
Confidence with drawings setting-out and site coordination with other trades.
Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide (occasional UK trips a plus).
Pride in workmanship reliability and a solutions mindset.
