JOB SUMMARY
严格按照标准完成 产品抽检成功发现众多缺陷产品发现质量问题后及时反馈协助完成返工有效减少不良品流出通过优化检验流程大幅提升工作效率未来将持续提升技能全力保障检验准确性为产品质量保驾护航
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.检验执行依据质量标准和流程对原材料半成品及成品进行全方位检验涉及外观尺寸性能等确保检验覆盖率达标
2.数据处理详实记录检验数据如实填写报告精准反映产品质量状况为质量分析提供可靠依据
3.问题反馈一旦察觉质量问题即刻向上级和相关部门反馈跟进问题产品处理监督返工或报废防止不良品流入后续环节
4.流程协助参与质量改进活动针对检验发现的系统性问题提出合理建议助力完善质量控制流程和标准
MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.检验流程管理制定和优化检验流程明确检验标准与方法确保检验工作有序高效开展保障检验结果的准确性和可靠性
2.人员与设备监督管理检验人员工作安排监督其操作是否规范定期组织技能培训负责检验设备的日常维护监督确保设备正常运行保证测量精度
3.质量问题处理对检验中发现的质量问题进行汇总分析及时向上级汇报跟踪问题产品的处理过程监督整改措施落实防止问题再次发生
4.部门协作沟通与生产采购等部门密切沟通反馈质量问题协同解决质量纠纷促进各部门共同提升产品质量
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
1.质量检验标准知识熟悉各类质量检验标准和规范如国际国家及行业标准明确不同产品的合格判定依据
2.产品知识了解所检验产品的结构性能生产工艺等能精准判断产品是否符合质量要求
检验工具与方法知识掌握各类检验工具的操作和维护如卡尺量具等熟悉抽样检验无损检测等方法
3.数据处理与记录知识懂得记录和整理检验数据运用基础统计知识分析数据生成规范的检验报告
4.沟通协作知识具备一定沟通能力与生产研发等部门交流反馈质量问题并协助解决
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
教育要求
求高中或中专及以上学历质量检测工业工程等相关专业优先
需学习过质量控制检测技术统计学等基础课程为质量检测工作提供理论支持
经验要求
有 1-2 年及以上相关工作经验熟悉产品检测流程和标准能熟练运用各种检测工具和仪器
有抽样检验成品检验等实际操作经验了解常见质量问题及处理方法有质量管理体系相关经验者更佳能更好地保证产品质量符合标准和要求
