This Position reports to:

Key Responsibilities
- Executes and delivers HR services in compliance with agreed business processes KPIs and quality targets in a timely accurate and customer focused manner showing an end-to-end responsibility.
- Provides on-demand reports related to business processes where required.
- Accountable for the end-to-end operations delivering high-quality results delivering globally agreed performance standards.
- Acts as point of contact for inquiries regarding HR related topics and delivers support across one or several service line(s).
- Supports cross-collaboration within HR Services operations and other HR functions to optimize processes and tools and therewith promote synergies.
- Identifies deficiencies of existing business processes and proactively recommends enhancements and/or simplification based on day-to-day experience.
- Leads certain process improvement activities and participates in various quality control and audit activities.
- Takes responsibility for the correct handling of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and escalations and therewith related process improvements.
Qualifications
BBA major in HR or BA in Labor Relations or Industrial Psychology.
Knowledge of applicable labor laws in PR
- 3 years of experience in HR & Labor Relations
Fully bilingual a must (Spanish/English)
Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
Experience in Payroll and Benefits
