Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Senior Analyst Advanced Analytics to join our growing team. This role sits at the intersection of business intelligence and data science supporting high-impact projects related to churn marketing funnels CAC/LTV modeling and customer behavior prediction.
You will work closely with stakeholders across Strategy Marketing Product and Tech to deliver advanced analytical insights that directly inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior and subscription data to identify drivers of churn conversion and retention
- Build and maintain CAC/LTV models to support ROI optimization across marketing and content acquisition
- Develop predictive models and machine learning solutions to improve customer experience and retention
- Conduct deep dives into key business trends delivering insightful narratives supported by data and visualizations
- Translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders through dashboards presentations and reports
- Collaborate with data engineering to enhance data infrastructure and KPI consistency
What Were Looking For
- 6 years of experience in data analytics preferably in digital/OTT/e-commerce environments
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels user segmentation and retention strategy
- Strong experience in SQL; familiarity with Python model-building or ML tools is a plus
- Comfort working with visualization tools such as Tableau
- Advanced Excel skills (pivoting macros advanced formulas)
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to synthesize complex analysis into actionable insights
