As a Sales Manager/Team Leader Home Energy Storage Solutions you will drive adoption of our cutting-edge storage solutions. Minimum 7 years experience in B2B sales in solar energy storage or cleantech
A robust personal network of EPCs installers and partners ready to engage
Proven sales track record with clear evidence of independently closing complex high-value deals
Deep technical knowledge of residential battery storage systems (string inverter experience is a plus)
Fluency in German and English with strong presentation and negotiation skills
Degree in Engineering Business or a related field
Entrepreneurial hands-on mindset with a passion for customer success
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to engage across all organizational levels
