Key Responsibilities:
- Lead train and motivate guest services staff to deliver excellent customer care.
- Monitor and improve the customer journey from arrival to post-visit follow-up.
- Resolve guest complaints quickly and professionally.
- Collect track and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement policies that enhance the overall guest experience.
- Collaborate with operations sales and marketing to ensure consistency in service.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality cleanliness and safety.
- Coordinate all pickup and deliveries
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience in hospitality retail automotive or service industries.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer feedback tools is a plus.
- Must have clean driving record
