ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Handles escalated tickets and complex high priority technical problems acting as the final point of escalation.

2. Manages and maintains core IT infrastructure including servers applications and network systems.

3. Creates and implements technical solutions to solve business challenges and improve overall system performance.

4. Supports cybersecurity infrastructures.

5. Performs advanced system and hardware diagnostics to identify root causes of complex issues.

6. Develops company standards contributes to knowledge bases and documents technical solutions.

7. Assists with the setup and implementation of technology at the home office or restaurant locations as needed.

8. Troubleshoots technology issues both remotely and on site at restaurants as needed.

9. Manages and analyzes company data as needed.

10. Collects and organizes documentation in SharePoint.

11. Works with 3rd party support resources for ticket escalation and resolution tracking.

12. Controls data entry into R365 Database and Configuration Center Menu Item database.

13. Updates and maintains vendor item mapping in R365.

14. Duties responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

1. Operates in a clerical office setting while routinely using all standard office equipment.

2. Sedentary role with some filing lifting bending as appropriate within office.

3. Highly active role while in restaurants with standing walking lifting bending being prevalent.

4. Basic network administration and wireless router set up and configuration experience required.

5. Basic systems administration with Microsoft Server products experience required.

6. Travel required up to 25%.

7. Bachelors Degree required or 3-5 years of related relevant technical and network experience or computer science related.

8. Experience troubleshooting business phone systems security cameras Microsoft Windows 10 11 Mac OS iOS Microsoft 365 and Multifunction Printers required.

9. Experience with Linux SharePoint Office 365 Administration HP ProCurve Switches and any firewall switch management highly preferred.

10. Experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.

11. Experience working with any restaurant POS system (NCR Aloha) from a setup networking technology standpoint is preferred.

12. Experience working with Restaurant 365 software is strongly preferred.
