At Masonic Homes Kentucky were more than a senior living communitywere a team committed to enriching lives. As a Concierge youll be the welcoming presence that makes a lasting first impression on residents families and visitors. Youll play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our Independent Living Active Lifestyle Communities and ensuring each interaction reflects the warmth and professionalism were known for. This part-time position includes Thursdays and Fridays 1p-8pm as well as one Saturday and one Sunday per month. You will also be in rotation for holidays working 1-2 per year. (Christmas and New Years Day excluded.)

What youll do
greet and assist all guests residents and vendors with a professional friendly demeanor
answer and route a high volume of incoming calls
manage the lobby area to ensure a welcoming polished environment
support departments with administrative tasks and special projects
maintain security and sign-in procedures with accuracy and discretion
handle confidential information respectfully and responsibly
anticipate needs and provide timely follow-up and support across departments
What Youll Bring
high school diploma required
minimum three years of related customer service or administrative experience preferred
proficiency with microsoft office suite
strong organizational and communication skills
commitment to delivering excellent service in every interaction
