Your Impact
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Axon you will be the primary post-sales contact for our small-market customers ensuring they maximize the value of their investment. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy customer-focused professional who can partner with clients to enhance their workflows using Axons products.

Work Location: This role is based out of either our Boston MA or Scottsdale AZ offices and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. Reports to: Inside CS Tead Lead

What Youll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of customers providing day-to-day support and strategic guidance.
  • Lead training webinars and customer calls ensuring clients are well-equipped to leverage Axons solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Axons product ecosystem and guide customers through seamless implementation.
  • Share industry best practices to proactively address customer needs and drive product adoption.
  • Collaborate with Axons Support team and other cross-functional teams to manage and resolve customer escalations.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3 years in a customer-facing role preferably in SaaS technology or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated team-oriented and customer-obsessed with a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Exceptional communication skillsboth verbal and writtenalong with strong organizational and presentation abilities.
  • Proven capacity to efficiently manage heavy caseloads in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company meaning compensation is made up of base pay bonus and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 52500 in the lowest geographic market and USD 84000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors such as: level function training transferable skills work experience business needs geographic market and often a combination of all these factors.
