What Youll Do

Own the job site - lead installations from start to finish.

Train and guide techs - build up the next generation of pros.

Tackle challenges head-on - solve problems in the field with confidence.

Program & optimize systems - especially Control4 and other control platforms.

Deliver on promises - documentation service calls and client handoffs done right.

What You Bring

5 years of AV installation experience (leadership preferred).

Control system programming skills (Control4 Crestron Savant or similar).

Strong technical know-how: wiring networking schematics.

The ability to lead crews stay organized and keep projects on track.

Communication skills that keep both clients and teammates confident.

A valid drivers license and clean record.
