WHAT YOULL DO:
Warmly greet guests and managethe check-in process
Schedule service appointmentsand accurately prepare work orders
Communicate technician findingsto customers with clarity and confidence
Recommend appropriate servicesbased on vehicle needsnot just routine menus
Ensure authorizations anddocumentation are properly secured
Keep customers informedthroughout the service journey
Review completed work andexplain services and charges
Collaborate with techniciansand parts advisors to ensure smooth operations
Follow up post-service toensure customer satisfaction
Assist the team with servicedrive support and process improvements
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
Previous experience as aService Advisor (dealership experience preferred)
Strong communication customerservice and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a busyservice environment
Working knowledge of automotivesystems and services is a plus
Familiarity with dealerships
Typing proficiency andattention to detail
Prior Nissan or Japanese importexperience is an asset
Availability to work eveningsand Saturdays as required
