Are you an experienced construction leader who thrives on managing projects from start to finish ensuring quality efficiency and customer satisfaction We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team and oversee restoration and construction projects with excellence.
- Manage the customer and client experience ensuring high satisfaction.
- Evaluate sell and negotiate project scopes and estimates.
- Develop work scopes schedules and budgets for projects.
- Oversee in-house crews subcontractors and material suppliers.
- Coordinate and monitor project execution quality and compliance with codes.
- Conduct walk-throughs resolve issues and secure completion sign-offs.
- Recruit train and manage personnel as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and financial records for all projects.
- Ensure safety practices and risk management protocols are followed.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Bachelors in construction management preferred
- Proven experience in restoration/construction background a plus
- Strong leadership communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage budgets timelines and multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Hands-on approach with willingness to oversee work onsite.
Physical & Work Environment - Frequent walking standing driving and occasional ladder use.
- Exposure to varying jobsite conditions including noise and weather
