General Superintendent Commercial
Location: Jackson MS
Relocation Assistance Avail.
Salary: $140000 - $160000 (DOE)
Our Commercial-Industrial General Construction company is interviewing for an experienced Senior Superintendent / General Superintendent in Jackson Mississippi.
As a General Superintendent you will manage and consult over 15 superintendents and all field be considered for this opportunity You must be a proactive leader excellent communicator and tireless problem solver to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities
- Hire competent field staff that fit the company culture
- Lead mentor and manage superintendents to ensure profit qualitystandards and site order and cleanliness
- Develop solutions driven staff for this company that serves customers communicates clearly treats people with respect and strives to excel in everything they do for their clients.
- Recognize and address potential issues before they becomeproblems and ensure proactive troubleshooting
- Establish and accomplish long-term goals for field operations and putresources in place to accomplish these goals
- Excellent communicator who is able to work with engineerscontractors office staff superintendents and field workers in atimely manner
- Tested experience in all aspects of commercial construction(schools office buildings churches etc.)
- Proven track record of managing numerous commercial projects & Staff
- Proven leader and a hard worker with a high level of integrity
- Strategic thinker able to manage numerous projects and mentorsuperintendents
- General Superintendent or Field Superintendent (10 years minimum)
- Managing multiple complex commercial construction projects
- Project management software
