Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic this role you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers providing exceptional service and support. Our ideal candidate is passionate about customer satisfaction and has a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Educate customers on our products and services to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback to help identify areas for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field with a strong understanding of customer care principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional phone demeanor.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and de-escalate conflicts calmly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is preferred.
