- Process Engineering:
- Conduct in-depth process analysis and assessments to identify inefficiencies bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and document detailed process maps workflows and procedures.
- Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency effectiveness and quality.
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes.
- Change Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans including stakeholder analysis communication strategies and training programs.
- Anticipate and address resistance to change providing support and guidance to individuals and teams.
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive organizational alignment and adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Business Readiness:
- Assess organizational readiness for change initiatives including technology people and process capabilities.
- Identify and address potential risks and challenges that may impact business operations.
- Develop and implement business continuity plans to ensure resilience and minimize disruptions.
- Provide guidance and support to business leaders in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of relevant project management experience working directly with clients to identify and document organizational impacts of change initiatives such as vision/value definition communication leadership engagement organization alignment and change sustainability.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing complex projects and initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to create impactful and concise executive stakeholder-ready deliverables and polished client-facing oral communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Previous experience managing multiple workstreams as a member or leader on change projects ensuring the readiness of the client organization(s) for a variety of changes including new technology/processes new organization strategy or other change efforts.
- Familiarity with Agile Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with change management frameworks and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.

At Logic20/20 we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package with a target base salary range of $115000 - $140000 for this role. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience skills qualifications and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
