Job Description

Dental Front Desk Receptionist

The Company: We are seeking a qualified Dental Front Desk Receptionist for an immediate opening.

Our Client: Is a state-of-the-art private practice based in beautiful Sarasota providing comprehensive dental care to the community.

The Position: Our Client is looking for a Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join their growing team.

  • Up to $25/hr Depending on Experience.
  • PTO (2 weeks after 1 year)
  • Paid Holidays

  • 401K up to 3% match

Requirements:

  • 2 years of Experience in Dental Front Office
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Strong Organization and Time Management Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-paced Environment.
  • Customer Service Experience preferably in the Healthcare/Dental Industry
  • Ability to Multitask and Prioritize.
  • Proficiency in Eaglesoft or similar software

Responsibilities:

  • Full-time (M-Thurs 10am-6pm) and (Fri. 8am-3pm)
  • Collecting payments
  • Answering phone calls
  • Must be a Team Player
  • Greet and Welcome New Patients
  • Answer Patient Questions and Provide Information About Services
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments for New Patients.
  • Assist with General Administrative Duties.
  • Maintain a High level of Professionalism Confidentiality and a Positive attitude.
